She served as a Cadre Instructor for the Judicial Education Center University of New Mexico School of Law where she developed curriculum and instructed classes to educate and train Magistrate Judges around the State of New Mexico.
Judge Biel has over 30 years of legal experience in the legal profession including 15 years at District Court, six years at Magistrate Court, four years at Municipal Court, and three years at the San Juan County District Attorney's Office.
